Group Class RM60/person (Class size is limited to 10 people)
Private Training RM245/session. Session can be shared by two participants and tailored to suit your requirements

Private Training is confirmed by prior arrangement and when the mat space is available Monday to Sunday 8am onwards.

What you will learn
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) training is a martial art and self-defense system that focuses on ground fighting, grappling, and submission holds. BJJ training teaches students to use leverage, technique, and strategic positioning to subdue an opponent without relying on brute strength.
We offer 1x NoGi class and 1x Gi class every week. This means you will learn how to grapple with and without the reliance on grabbing the fabric. Yes, it makes a big difference to both the technique and its effectiveness.
There is an optional member's Open Mat session on the weekend. This is a non-coached session where you are free to drill and review the techniques you have learnt or spar with other members in the group.
The rest of the time available time slots are mostly focused on Personal Training at all levels. These private 1 to 1 (or 1 to 2) sessions are catered for you on an individual basis and can include strength & conditioning, beginner to advanced level jiu jitsu, self defense, etc.
Our community is focused on the mature athlete who is not focused on competitive training and enjoy the discipline and intensity of rolling and minimizing exposure to physical injury.
